Often, it’s not what’s happening to us. it’s the meaning we associate with what’s happening to us. If we look at our lives with gratitude, joy, acceptance and from a spirit of love and peace, looking at what we do have and what others don’t – then this place we live in really is Heaven. If we look at our lives from a place of fear, looking at what we don’t have and what others do – then this really does feel like Hell. I know which I would prefer to experience today – and that’s why I am going to stay happy, stay at peace, stay loving, stay joyful – and stay grateful – because that way I really do get to experience Heaven on earth.
